This was the twenty-fourth annual Mardi Gras Ball. It was held in Birmingham, Alabama at the Exhibition Hall of the Boutwell Auditorium on Saturday night February 18, 2006. The King was Chris Osborne of ABC33/40 and the Queen was Sharrie Williams of NBC13. Music was provided by Private Property and the event was catered by LeRose.
