SWAC Computer Camp : On June 29, 2006 the members of the SWAC computer Camp were treated to a day trip to Montgomery, AL. This trip included a tour of Alabama State University's campus and tour of the Rosa Park's Musem.

SWAC Youth Football Clinic : On Thursday July 27 2006, the Southwestern Athletic Conference held its third annual Youth Football Clinic. The SWAC is truly giving support back to the community. This clinic is designed for the youth from grades 1 thru 8. This year 192 kids registered for the event. The following head coaches provided training: Spears, Forte, & Totten with several assistant coaches and SWAC personnel. Talk is cheap but here is the proof - The SWAC cares!!!
