Welcome to my photo site. After many years of taking pictures, I have decided to venture into the world of photography with a heavy concentration on sports.

In this site you will find some of my favorite photos of my family, vacations, and Historical Black Colleges and University sports. During football season I will include many Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) games, with a heavy dose of the Southern University Jaguars. I will also showcase Miles College. As a fan of HBCU sports I will attempt to provide photos from a fans' point of view. Hopefully I can tell a story with my pictures that will show pagentry and excitement associated with HBCU sports.

I have decided to put watermarks on my photos to maintain my artistic integrity. These watermarks will only appear on the photos viewed on this site and on any illegally copied photos.

The Magic City Classic - AAMU vs ASU : On a cold and damp Saturday, October 31 the 68th annual Magic City Classic was held in Birmingham, Alabama at Legion Field. Because of bad weather the attendance was down a little over 55,000 in the game, but the numbers outside tailgating grew as the weather improved. Oh yes, there was a football game also. The Alabama State Hornets lost to the Alabama A&M Bulldogs for the 5th straight year.

Southern's Homecoming : On Saturday October 17, 2009, the Fort Valley State University Wildcats came to the Southern University campus with hopes of ruining the Jaguars homecoming weekend. It was fun seeing old friends and eating great Louisisana food. There were many reunions and the Dancing Dolls had their 40 year reunion with five decades of Dolls performing at halftime. I almost forgot the Jags escaped with a victory 55-23.

Southern vs Alcorn : On a football Saturday in Baton Rouge, September 26, 2009, the stage was set for Southern to play Alcorn. The tailgating menu is being perfected for homecoming, so you will see bits of the menu. Anyway Southern won a hard fought battle 48 to 42.
